Which milk to use?

You can use full cream milk or toned milk in your papaya smoothie. Vegans can use coconut milk, almond milk, or any other nut milk in it.

I have used full cream milk in it.

  • 1 Cup chopped Papaya
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Glass chilled Milk


  • Put chopped papaya into the Jar
