Peel the cucumber and roughly chop them.
Put them in the mixer jar.
Add 1 inch of ginger to the jar.
Add a handful of mint to it.
Add ¼ tsp salt to it.
Then add ¼ tsp of black pepper powder and ¼ tsp of black salt to it.
Add ½ tsp chaat masala to it.
Add ¼ tsp roasted cumin seeds powder to it.
For adding a sweet taste, I have added 1 tbsp khand to it. It is an optional ingredient.
Squeeze ½ lemon juice to it.
Add a little bit of water to it.
Blend them in the mixer jar.
Strain with the help of a strainer.
Add a glass of water to the mixer jar and then put that water in the strainer. So that the leftover cucumber will mix in the water and then you can use it.
For decorating the glass
Put 1 tsp each of red chilli powder and salt on a plate.
Mix them and spread them on the plate.
Rub lemon peel in the corners of the glass. Then touch the corners of the glass in the masala on the plate. Masala will stick to the corners of the glass.
Put a few ice cubes into the glass.
Then add juice to the glass.
Garnish it with a mint leaf and round cut lemon.
