Ingredients

  • 1 small bowl chopped green chillies
  • 1 small bowl chopped karonda
  • teaspoon cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds jeera
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt according to taste
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder dhania powder
  • teaspoon Fennel powder sauf powder

Instructions

  • Split the karonda in half, if its seed is in brown colour then remove it, otherwise do not remove it.
  • heat the pan, and add cooking oil to it.
  • Add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds to oil
  • Add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera), 1 teaspoon coriander powder ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder and salt as per taste.
  • Mix it well
  • Add karonda in it.
  • Now add green chillies to it.
  • Mix it well
  • Add 1½ teaspoon fennel seeds powder to enhance the flavour and mix it well
  • Cover it with a lid and cook it on low flame for 5-7 minutes.
  • It will cook in the steam only.
  • Remove the lid, karonda green chilli recipe is ready.
