Split the karonda in half, if its seed is in brown colour then remove it, otherwise do not remove it.
heat the pan, and add cooking oil to it.
Add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds to oil
Add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera), 1 teaspoon coriander powder ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder and salt as per taste.
Mix it well
Add karonda in it.
Now add green chillies to it.
Mix it well
Add 1½ teaspoon fennel seeds powder to enhance the flavour and mix it well
Cover it with a lid and cook it on low flame for 5-7 minutes.
It will cook in the steam only.
Remove the lid, karonda green chilli recipe is ready.
