Rabri Recipe

This is the best rabri recipe. It is made of milk which is thickened on low flame. It can be have its own or with other dishes like jalebi, gulab jamum etc.

  • Non Stick Pan


  • 1 liter full cream milk
  • 2-3 crushed cardamoms seeds
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 5-6 Chopped Pistachio pista
  • 5-6 Chopped Almonds badam


  • Boil the milk on a high flame, after that lower the gas stove flame.

  • Once the cream (malai) comes on top of it, keep it aside in the corner of the pan. And stir it after that.

  • Repeat the above step after every few minutes.
  • Now you will see that milk in the pan is reduced to half.

  • You will see that very little milk is left and grains are formed in milk.

  • Now add cardamom seeds powder in it

  • Add 2 tablespoons of sugar.

  • Mix it well.
  • Turn off the gas stove and keep it aside for cooling.
  • Serve chill after garnishing it with pistachio and almonds.
