Ingredients

Mango Shake

  • 1 bowl mango cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 glass milk
  • chopped pistachio, cashew, almonds for garnishing

Mango Mastani

  • 1 bowl chopped mango
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 1 glass milk
  • dry fruits like pistachio, almonds, cashew for garnishing

Instructions

Mango Shake Recipe

  • Put chopped mangoes and sugar on blender
  • Add milk on top of it.
  • Blend it till it gets smooth
  • Serve in a serving glass.
  • Garnish it with dry fruits like chopped pistachio, cashew, almonds

Mango Mastani Recipe

  • Put chopped mangoes and sugar on the blender
  • Add milk on top of it.
  • Add one scoop of vanilla ice cream on it.
  • Blend it till it gets smooth
  • Put mango chunks on serving the glass
  • add 1 ice cream scoop on top of it
  • add shake on top of it
  • add vanilla ice cream scoop on top of it.
  • Add mango chunks on top of it for garnishing.
  • Garnish it with dry fruits like chopped pistachio, cashew, almonds, tutti fruity and cherry.

Notes

  1. Add Saffron or kesar to enhance its taste while blending mangoes.
  2. You can add crushed cardamom seeds powder to add good fragrance and flavor in it. 
  3. Add powdered dry fruits like almonds on it at the time of blending to add some more flavor. 
  4. To make it more healthy you can add jaggery or honey on it. And avoid sugar from it. 
  5. Use full cream milk to enhance its taste. If you are on dieting then you can use toned milk as well.
