Ingredients

  • Water chestnut or Singhare
  • 1 Mixer Grinder

Instructions

  • Peel the singhare with the help of a knife.
  • Take a chips slicer and start to slice the singhare in the same way as we do while making potato chips. or you can use the peeler for it.
  • We make slices of singhare because it will be quick to dry.
  • Take them out on a plate and dry them in sunlight for about 2-3 days.
  • When they are dry. Blend it into a mixer and then strain it for getting fine powder.
  • The singhara flour is ready to use.
  • Store the dry singhare in an air tight container for later use.
