Peel the singhare with the help of a knife.
Take a chips slicer and start to slice the singhare in the same way as we do while making potato chips. or you can use the peeler for it. We make slices of singhare because it will be quick to dry.
Take them out on a plate and dry them in sunlight for about 2-3 days.
When they are dry. Blend it into a mixer and then strain it for getting fine powder. The singhara flour is ready to use.
Store the dry singhare in an air tight container for later use.
