Ingredients

Vanilla ice cream Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cream 250 ml
  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence
  • 3/4 cup condensed milk

Oreo ice cream Ingredients

  • 8 oreo biscuit
  • 1 cup fresh cream 250 ml
  • 3/4 cup condensed milk

Mango Ice Cream Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cream 250 ml
  • 1 cup mango pulp
  • 3/4 cup condensed milk

Instructions

Steps for making Vanilla ice cream

  • Take ice cubes in a big bowl and place the bowl of fresh cream in it for beating.
  • Beat the cream for 8-10 minutes on low speed with the hand blender.
  • The base for ice cream is ready.
  • Add 1 tbsp of vanilla essence.
  • Add 3/4 cup of condensed milk to it.
  • Mix it with the hand mixer or whisker.
  • Pour the mixture into an airtight container for freezing.
  • Close the container and freeze it for 10-12 hours.
  • Scoop it with an ice cream scooper.

Steps for making Oreo ice cream

  • Grind them in a mixer grinder and make a powder.
  • take 1 cup fresh whipped cream, add 3/4 cup condensed milk and add oreo biscuit powder in it.
  • Mix it with a whisker or hand mixer.
  • Pour the mixture into an airtight container for freezing.
  • Close the container and freeze it for 10-12 hours.
  • Scoop it with an ice cream scooper.
