roughly blend the moong dal in the blender. (Do not use any water in it)
In a hot pan add 80 gm desi ghee and melt it.
In the hot ghee add a paste of dal and mix it well.
On lower-medium gas flame stirs it well for the next 15-20 minutes.
Once it is golden brown, add 100-gram sugar and mix it well. Stir it well for the next 6-7 minutes.
Now add milk to it and continuously stir it for the next 7-8 minutes.
Add elaichi seeds, and dry fruits and mix them well.
In the next 5-7 minutes it will become thick add the rest of the desi ghee and mix it.
Serve your moong dal halwa.
