Broccoli salad with fresh mint, coriander, and almonds.

- 1 broccoli
- 10 almonds badam
- coriander leaves
- mint
- ½ lemon juice
- 1 inch ginger finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon oil
- ½ teaspoon crushed black pepper
- salt as per taste
soak almonds in water for few hours
Steam the broccoli and almonds for 3 to 5 minutes
Remove from steamer and place it in the bowl.
Add coriander, mint leaves and ginger in it.
Add olive oil, crushed black pepper, salt and lemon juice in it.
Mix it
Serve it hot.
